All web based content and services offered by the Denver Strategy Institute (also known as the Institute, denverstrategy.org, “website”) are limited to personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified. Content may not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted or reproduced in any form, including derivative works, without the prior explicit approval of the Institute. Individuals and non-commercial users may quote, excerpt and link to content with appropriate attribution.

Amendments

The Institute reserves the right to change these Terms of Use or its Privacy Policy at any time, by posting amended terms on this web site. Use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions. We reserve the right to apply the amended terms to the information we have already collected, subject to any legal constraints. If the Institute decides to change the privacy policy, we will post these changes on this web page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Content provided by the Institute and its affiliated sites is protected by Copyright to the Institute unless expressly stated. All rights reserved. Links to such content, as well as excerpts and quotes are permitted, with proper attribution, to non-commercial sites. Commericial sites seeking to display or otherwise reproduce the Institute content should contact us for permission.

The Institute and its affiliated sites contain images and excerpts from third party sources, the use of which has not been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Many times this material is attributed to its original source. This material is made available for the purpose of commentary, analysis and discussion, as well as to expand public awareness of issues. The Denver Strategy Institute respects the need to secure and protect the privacy of those who contribute, register, subscribe or otherwise share personal information with the Institute or any of its affiliated sites. As such, this policy is established to clarify our practices with regard to personal information.

On occasions that the Institute must collect personal information, such as email addresses, names, mailing addresses, or personal financial information, it will be used only by the Institute in the manner it was collected for - such as registering or subscribing for services or for use in targeted advertising. The Institute will not sell, trade, share or otherwise divulge personal information to third parties. The Institute will record such information and may, from time to time, request verification of that information.

Comments / Public Forums

Certain articles and features at the Institute's affiliated sites permit and encourage reader participation via commenting. The Institute may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information.
